Information and Rates
We offer three rooms, each with a queen size bed and private bath. All rooms are complimented with color television, air conditioning, ceiling fan and clock radio. Free Internet service is available, both wired and wireless. Each morning a light breakfast is served. Please NO SMOKING or PETS within the Felician House.

$ 90.00 plus taxes $10.00 extra for third person, rollaway available, please request rollaway setup when making reservations.

Cancelation policy
Notice 5 or more days before arrival = no charge
Notice less than 5 days from arrival = 1 day rate (may be waived at owners discretion)
